Instructions for use
-
Wash your new cookware in hot water with mild soap, then rinse and dry before using it for the first time.
-
For best results, cook over low to medium heat. High heat can cause food sticking and scorching.
-
To minimize food scorching during frying, stewing or roasting, preheat the cookware on low for 1-2 minutes.
-
Select the appropriate hotplate for best results.
-
When using a gas stove, do not allow the gas flame to climb up the sides of the pan.
-
Add a sufficient amount of oil for cooking (if needed).
-
Never leave the pan unattended while cooking.
-
It is advisable to turn on the hood or open a window when cooking.
-
Do not cut food with a knife directly in the cookware.
-
Please use potholders or protective mitts when handling hot cookware.
NOT RECOMMENDED
-
To use abrasive cleansers, as they can scratch the glossy surface of the cookware and cause it to fade quickly. Never use metal sponges, abrasives, alkaline agents, or corrosive cleaners containing ammonia or chlorine.
-
To leave an empty piece of cookware on a heated burner or gas flame. If you accidentally leave the cookware unattended, let it cool down naturally.
-
To overheat empty cookware.
WASHING
-
If scratches appear on the surface of the dishes, replace the detergent and sponge with softer ones.
-
After removing cooked food from the cookware, immediately pour some water into it to prevent food residues from sticking to the hot walls and bottom.
-
To remove traces of burnt food, pour some warm soapy water into the cookware, then boil for 5-10 minutes. Afterwards, wash it with a sponge.
-
Wash with warm water and detergent using a regular or nylon sponge or dishcloth.
-
After washing, wipe your utensils dry to prevent water spots.
-
Never use oven cleaners, steel wool, harsh cleaning agents, or chlorine-based products.
-
Brown or blue spots caused by overheating, as well as rainbow-colored circles on the outside of the cookware, are normal and can be removed with lemon juice or a citric acid solution.
-
The cookware is dishwasher safe.
-
Transport the pans in individual packaging.
-
Keep the cookware dry and clean in a cool place.
