We all know the trials and tribulations of a pan that is made with a sticky coating that leads to all kinds of foods being trapped on the pan's surface well after the cooking of it. This can lead to many a long hour at the sink trying to scrub things off and can lead to a fairly unhealthy cookware range if all of your pots and pans are like this. Thankfully, this Cas range comes with a non-stick coating that prevents this from happening with its internal PFLUON ceramic coating. In addition to this, the pans are PFAS-free, which means that they are free from the toxic chemical. These include, keeping both you and the environment safe.

The external heat-resistant coating on this is something that you will thank us for. There is nothing worse than having a look around your beautiful kitchen and admiring it in all its splendour only to see a row of burnt and charred pots and pans lining the wall. This can be an unsightly distraction best avoided. Fortunately, this heat-resistant coating helps to by-pass all of this by ensuring temperatures are kept under control, so that your pan remains free from any dark markings - keeping your kitchen, and your cookware, neat and tidy.

We wanted to create a range that you were happy to come back to time and time again. We wanted something that felt like a relief in your hands rather than a chore. That is why we were careful during the design stages to construct ergonomically shaped handles that fit perfectly in your hand with a soft-touch finish, so that it's comfortable to hold. Not only this, we wanted to make sure that you are able to keep your kitchen ultra-tidy and ensure that this pan did not create any clutter. Therefore, we have included a loop for hanging, so that it can be put away, out of sight, out of mind.

One of the main problems with cookware that is cheaply made and poorly constructed is that after enough time, and after enduring a certain level of high heats, the pans start to warp. This leads to suboptimal cooking and eventually to the pan being redundant and possibly breaking. This Cas pan helps to avoid this with the bottom of the pan being reinforced with an anti-deformation disk. This means that no matter how high the heat, and no matter how many times you use it, this Cas pan will retain its shape long into the future.

More and more of us are moving away from traditional gas cookers and towards induction heaters. This way of cooking comes with a number of health benefits, with us ingesting fewer particles, but it also is kinder to the environment, too, with its move away from fossil fuels and towards electrical power sources. We wanted to create a pan that reflected this move and change in consumer needs, and so have introduced an induction bottom to this Cas range.
